Common Name Ingredient Listing (FDA Approved):
SD Alcohol 39C, DEP, Benzyl Salicylate.

Directions:
Measure out your base. Add up to 30% fragrance directly to the base - no modifier needed.

To create specific perfume types, add the following % of FO* to the base:
  • Parfum = 20-30%
  • Eau de Parfum (EDP) = 15-20%
  • Eau de Toilette (EDT) = 5-15%
When using this product to create perfumes, it's important to give the alcohol note enough time to macerate, which typically takes 1-3 days to soften and waste away. However, for commercial perfumes, the standard maceration time is 30 days. To add a cooling effect and assist with evaporation, you can incorporate this base into your vegetable oil-based perfumes at a 5% concentration.


NOTE:Ā Cold temperatures can cause the waxes found in FOs and EOs to solidify in this base. To avoid this issue, cool and filter the product before use and/or sale.
