At DOOP Fragrance, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and gently used products.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Secure the Bottle
Carefully place the fragrance in its original luxury packaging and use the provided transit padding to prevent any leakage or breakage during return shipping.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
